Conference Paper Template and Author Guidelines

Authors should prepare their research papers using this template to ensure uniformity in the conference proceedings. Papers not adhering to these guidelines may be returned for revision prior to editorial consideration.

Full Paper Template

Authors must follow the specified formatting guidelines to ensure uniformity in conference proceedings. Key requirements include:

  • Paper Length: 8,000 to 10,000 words, including references.
  • Paper Title: A maximum of 15 words, bolded, in 16-point font.
  • Language: English.
  • Abstract: Up to 250 words in a single paragraph.
  • Keywords: 3 to 5 keywords.
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point font, single-spacing throughout.
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
  • Section Headings: Major sections must be numbered, bolded, and in 12-point font. Headers are in boldface and subheads are italicized.
  • Figures & Tables:
    • Cantered.
    • Figures: Captions below.
    • Tables: Captions above.
    • 10-point font for captions.
    • Tables and Figures should be editable text and not as images.
  • Equations: All equations should be numbered consecutively throughout the manuscript as (1), (2), etc., in the right-hand margin of the page.
  • Citation Style: APA (7th Edition).

Paper Structure

Authors should structure their paper as follows:

  1. Title Page.
    • Title of the Paper.
    • Full Names of All Authors.
    • Affiliations of All Authors.
    • Corresponding Author’s Contact Information.
  2. Abstract and Keywords.
    • Abstract: Briefly describe the objective, research methodology, findings, and contributions.
    • Keywords: Provide 3-5 keywords related to paper.
  3. Main Body.
    The main body should include:
    • Introduction: Background, research gap, objectives, and significance.
    • Literature Review: Discuss major concepts, theories, frameworks, and previous work done.
    • Methodology: Elaboration on data collection method, sample and analysis.
    • Results and Discussion: Discuss findings with relevant evidence and their implications.
    • Conclusion: Review findings, limitations, and directions for future research.
  4. References.
    • Follow APA (7th Edition) style for all citations and references.
    • All references that are cited in the text must be listed in the reference section.

Author Guidelines

  1. Submission Requirements.
    Authors are required to submit their manuscripts in Microsoft Word format, specifically with the .docx file extension. This format ensures compatibility with the journal's or conference's review systems and formatting tools. It is also crucial that authors confirm their work has not been published previously and is not currently under consideration by any other journal or conference.
  2. Originality.
    The originality of submitted works is a key criterion. Manuscripts must demonstrate a low similarity index, specifically below 20%.
  3. Formatting Checklist.
    Before submission, ensure:
    • Compliance with the formatting requirements listed in above.
    • Figures and tables are labelled, clear, and appropriately referenced in the text.
    • References are consistent and follow APA style.
  4. Ethical Considerations.
    Authors must ensure:
    • Their work does not infringe on copyright.
